Payment is required to make a booking.  

Payment needs to be made ahead of any booking.

Appointments can not be held without payment.


Please note that Psychiatrists charge their own fees independent of this practice.


  1. Initial GP appointment $180
  2. Second GP appointment $180
  3. Third GP appointment $180

Medicare rebates are currently available to Medicare eligible patients for the longer appointments.

ADHD Doctors Tasmania is a service for young people and adults living in Tasmania.


Children under the age of 10 are encouraged to see their regular GP for assistance.

Please note

Medication

  1. ADHD Doctors Tasmania is a Telehealth service for Tasmanian patients 10 years and older.
  2. Costs: ADHD Doctors Tasmania fees can be seen on this page but please be aware that any Specialist that ADHD Doctors Tasmania refers patients to charge their own fees and these will need to be discussed with the Specialist service at the time of booking with them.
  3. A specialist is usually required after the initial consultation with ADHD Doctors Tasmania and before the second visit with ADHD Doctors Tasmania.
  4. If you have already received a diagnosis from a psychiatrist, the general practitioner (GP) who referred you to that psychiatrist will need to write to ADHD Doctors Tasmania in order to facilitate a change of GP. Additionally, the psychiatrist will need to issue a new copy of report to the GP at ADHD Doctors Tasmania. Please note that reports addressed to other GPs cannot be transferred to ADHD Doctors Tasmania under any circumstances.
  5. ADHD Doctors in Tasmania cannot assure patients of receiving prescriptions for specific medications due to the assessment procedures and compliance with Tasmanian Legislation. The assessment outcomes from the specialist and authority applications are discussed during appointments, emphasising transparent communication with patients and their primary healthcare providers to explore treatment options in accordance with legal requirements.
